Fairview is a popular inner suburb of Dublin, stretching northeast from the River Tolka to Clontarf Road DART Station. It is bordered by Marino, which was developed on the former estate lands of Lord Charlemont in 1924, and is adjacent to St. Vincent's Hospital and Drumcondra to the west. Accessible via the main road from Dublin city through North Strand, Fairview is served by Clontarf Road DART station and several Dublin Bus routes. The area will feature a segregated cycle path from Amiens Street to Sutton, which began construction in 2022. Neighboring districts include Marino, North Strand, Ballybough, East Wall, and Clontarf.

You are going to be alone in the apartment . The apartment has one double bed and a sofa bed. Ideally, the apartment for two people but four people can stay very comfortably. I have pre-approved your inquiry. You can accept it to fully book the house. You will have access to the entire house, including a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a toilet, and a large, bright living and dining room. We will provide extra towels, pillows, sheets, and a duvet.
